About MEN...MEET AUTISM

Arizona Autism Support recognizes that autism affects the whole family. When you have a child who has been diagnosed the
dynamics of your family, work place, social life and marriage all change. Often  moms carry the burden of arranging therapies,
choosing paths of interventions and implementing lifestyle changes.  This forces them to cope with the diagnosis and often
seeking out support is natural for them. However,  Men "don't do support groups."

MEN...MEET AUTISM, is an informal gathering of men who have someone in their life affected by autism. Fathers, grandfathers,
adult siblings, friends of somone with autism come together in a laid back setting and autism is usually the forefront of most
conversations.
